WellServe’s Medical Review Officer (MRO) is a licensed physician that is trained and certified by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council (MROCC). Only a certified MRO is legally authorized to review DOA hair and urine drug test results from a certified lab.
The MRO acts as an independent and impartial “gatekeeper” and an advocate for the accuracy and integrity of the drug testing process. WellServe stands behind the quality and integrity of the collection and testing process for the specimens under our purview. The MRO determines if there is a legitimate medical explanation for laboratory confirmed positives, adulterated, substituted and invalid drug test results. The MRO ensures the timely flow of test results and pertinent information to an agency/employer and protects the confidentially of the drug testing information.
WellServe provides a Certified Medical Review Team to ensure that the information you need for the health and safety of your team is accurate and processed with the required urgency.
